1. Technical Specifications & Performance
Q: What materials are your stretch films made of?
A: Our stretch films are produced using 100% Virgin LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) resins. This ensures maximum clarity, high puncture resistance, and superior load-holding strength compared to recycled alternatives.

Q: What is the maximum stretch ratio of your film?
A: We offer different grades based on application:
Hand Wrap: Up to 100% - 150% stretch.
Standard Machine Wrap: Up to 200% - 250% stretch.
High-Performance Power Pre-stretch Film: Up to 300% - 350% stretch, significantly reducing film consumption and costs.

Q: What thicknesses (microns) do you provide?
A: We can manufacture from 8 microns to 35 microns.
Standard hand wrap is usually 17-23 mic.
Ultra-thin high-performance films are available in 10-12 mic to offer high strength with lower material waste.

2. Application & Compatibility
Q: Can your film be used for cold storage or frozen food?
A: Yes. We produce specialized Cold-Environment Stretch Film that remains flexible and maintains its adhesive properties in temperatures as low as -20°C, preventing the wrap from becoming brittle or losing its cling.

Q: Do you offer colored or opaque stretch films?
A: Absolutely. Besides transparent film, we offer Black (Opaque) for security and privacy, Blue for product identification in the food industry, and other custom colors like Red, Green, or White upon request.

Q: Is your film UV-resistant for outdoor storage?
A: Yes, we can add UV Inhibitors during the production process. This ensures the film protects your pallets from sunlight degradation for 6 to 12 months during outdoor storage.

3. Customization & OEM Services
Q: Can you customize the width and length of the rolls?
A: Yes. We offer standard widths (450mm, 500mm, 20 inches) but can customize any width from 50mm (Mini Rolls) to 1500mm (Jumbo Rolls). Length can also be adjusted according to your machine or hand-use requirements.

Q: Do you provide Private Label (OEM) packaging?
A: Yes, we are specialists in OEM. We can print your brand logo on the paper core and customize the outer cartons with your company information and artwork.
