Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your FIBCs?

A: Our standard MOQ is flexible. For standard stock bags, we can supply as few as100-300 pieces. For fully customized bags with specific printing and liners, the MOQ is typically 1,000 to 3,000 pieces per design to ensure cost efficiency.

Q2: Are your bags food grade certified?

A: Yes, we manufacture Food Grade FIBCs in a dedicated cleanroom environment. We use 100% virgin polypropylene and can provide certification such as FDA, BRC, or AIB upon request. We also offer traceability coding for every bag produced.

Q3: What is the difference between Type A, Type B, and Type C FIBCs?

A:

Type A: Made from plain woven polypropylene without any electrostatic protection. Used for non-flammable products.
Type B: Similar to Type A but designed to prevent breakdown that could cause energetic brush discharges. Used for dry combustible materials but not in flammable atmospheres.
Type C: Made from conductive fabric with interconnecting grounding tabs. These bags must be grounded during filling and discharging. They are safe for transporting flammable powders and used in environments with combustible dust or flammable vapors.
Q4: Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?

 A: Absolutely. We can provide existing samples free of charge (freight collect). For custom samples with your specific artwork or dimensions, a small molding fee may apply, but this is often deductible from your final order balance.

Q5: How do you ensure the safety of the bags during shipping?

A: We perform a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process. This includes random load testing (lifting a bag filled with 1.6x the SWL) and seam slippage tests. We also use strong bale packing and fumigated pallets to ensure the goods arrive in perfect condition, even on long ocean voyages.

Q6: What is the lead time for an order?

A: Lead time varies by order size. Generally, for a 20ft container (approximately 4,000-5,000 bags), our lead time is 15-20 days after the deposit is received and artwork is confirmed. For larger orders or complex multi-trip bags, it may take 25-30 days.
